Conditions of Employment

The Oasis Family Fun Center sets high standards for its employees. Compliance with these standards is a condition of employment. You need to carefully consider what will be required before accepting a position with us. As an employee you will be expected to comply in full. You need to know and understand that The Oasis Family Fun Center will require the following:

Customer Service
  • Support our “Guest-First” approach to business.
  • Be friendly to Guests.
  • Always treat your co-workers with respect.
  • Do everything you can to make Guests feel welcome.
  • Treat Guests with respect, the way you want to be treated as a customer.
  • Always wear a smile.
Attendance/Punctuality
  • Always report to work on time and when scheduled.
  • Call at least four (4) hours before your scheduled shift when you are sick.

Personal Appearance
  • Maintain The Oasis Family Fun Center standards for uniform and grooming.
    • No nose rings, eyebrow rings, or other facial rings with the exception of earrings not to exceed two (2) earrings per ear.
    • You may be required to remove all jewelry depending on your job function, i.e. kitchen staff.
    • Visible tattoos must be covered during your shift.
    • Neatly groomed facial hair.
  • Company supplied Oasis Family Fun Center t-shirt.
  • Company supplied Oasis Family Fun Center baseball hat for kitchen staff.
  • Employee supplied clean, jeans or khaki pants or khaki walking shorts.
    • Pants shall be worn at the hips or higher
  • Employee supplied clean sneakers.
  • Wear your The Oasis Family Fun Center name tag at all times.

Agreement

I certify that all of the information that I have supplied on this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and that I have not knowingly withheld any information, which, if known to the Company, would affect my application unfavorably. I understand that any false, misleading and/or incomplete statements on this application and/or in any interview constitute sufficient cause for the Company not to employ me, or if I am employed, to terminate my employment.

I understand and agree that if I am hired in any capacity, my employment is at-will and my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without cause or notice at any time at the option of the Company or me. I also understand that no Company representative has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specific period of time, to assure any benefits or terms and conditions of employment, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
